As these pieces are handmade the fabric has been salt washed a couple of times to freshen them up but as we don't use chemical bleach to wash so the marks remain, but the fabric is clean. We of course also don't see this as a fault - rather what gives them their individuality with little quirks and character. They will also vary slightly from the image shown.
