Sales & New Customer Development

Build and care for customers and prospective customers. The customer will be centric to everything you do. You will be passionate and commercially driven for success and will take accountability for the results. Create, manage and grow a sales pipeline in autonomy, and follow up prospects through available tools .Responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth within the defined product portfolio through the development of key relationships with customers, stakeholders and influencers, and strategic execution of the business plan.

ROLE TASKS

1-SALES AND AFTER SALES
Actively develop future business through market presence and communication of Pony Rider Product Range. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
  • Prepare customer contacts, builds and maintains a customer focused network
  • Attend salon and industry events.
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Analyze and evaluates markets and needs of potential or existing customers
  • Prepare and negotiates projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs

2-MARKETING

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing.

3-PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT @gm

  • Participate in co-creation activities and SMUs with clients (trades, boutique) to position Pony Rider as a valued partner.
  • Contribute to the product development for SMU in collaboration with the design and production team.

4-PLANNING AND REPORTING

  • Plan sales volumes and potential of target customers
  • Provide information via CRM (excel or software) for forecasts and planning
  • Complete sales and revenue related key reporting
