Nature, Wellness and Community: Our Collaboration with Soma

Nature, Wellness and Community: Our Collaboration with Soma

Journey with us to the picturesque Soma Resort in Byron Bay, where we captured the essence of our Summer '24 range amidst the breathtaking landscapes and iconic geodesic dome. Explore a space that harmonises contemporary design with the serene allure of the natural world.

Byron Bay’s Soma Resort is more than just a retreat—it's a sanctuary for self-discovery, wellness and connection to nature. We were lucky to spend a day immersed in this extraordinary space, shooting our Summer ’24 range and soaking in the beauty of the grounds. From the sweeping views to the iconic geodesic dome, Soma is a place where modern design meets the serenity of the natural world.

The shoot was an unforgettable experience. Guided by the creative lens of Chris Searl @ho11ywood24 and the graceful presence of Sharne @sharne.yoga, we brought our products to life in a setting made for the pages of an architectural design book. Among the magic of the day, we had the pleasure of featuring Ida Almasi, co-founder of Soma alongside her husband, Peter Ostick and Gary Gorrow. With Ida’s effortless style and radiant energy, Ida was the embodiment of what this collaboration represents—authenticity, creativity, beauty and connection.

Soma: A Story of Connection and Evolution

The story behind Soma is as inspiring as its landscape. Designed as a space for wellness, meditation and movement, Soma was built to help people reconnect—with themselves, each other, and the natural world. At its heart lies the Dome, a space where visitors can pause, breathe and embrace the quiet moments. This sacred space also happens to host a piece of us—our Namaste Meditation Mats, which are woven into the Soma experience. Through our partnership, visitors get to sit, stretch and meditate on mats designed with intention and inspired by nature.

Two Aligned Brands, One Shared Vision

Our collaboration with Soma celebrates what’s possible when two like-minded brands come together. United by a shared love for the outdoors, wellness and intentional living, we’ve created something special—a partnership that inspires connection and empowers the community.

We’re so grateful to Gary, Peter & Ida for making this day and partnership possible. The images are more than just a showcase of our Summer ’24 range—they’re a celebration of the values we hold close: sustainability, creativity, and the joy of being in harmony with nature.

Here’s to more days of connection, creativity, and collaboration. And if you find yourself at Soma, take a moment to sit on one of our meditation mats in the Dome—you are guaranteed to feel the magic, too.
